Most Popular Celebrity Diets




Well we know about the 48 hour miracle diet, Atkins diet, Hollywood diet, you name it and we've probably heard of them all! Or have we? It's crazy how anything that is amazing is usually one of the best kept secrets. It makes sense though trust me. Let's say you found a thrift store with the most amazing antiques and gifts, well your not going to tell everyone because you don't want everyone knowing about it. Then they will start buying the stuff that you have been saving up for and that's not fair in our minds.

However, nobody finds the stuff that works right off the bat, and I must be a test dummy for these companies. I've tried any and everything I could find before I found a few products that actually do work. On the other hand, these following products that I will be mentioning first will require extreme caution. They do work, but to what extent and for how long? Keep those questions in mind.



Lets see where shall we start, well I guess the 48 hour miracle diet and the Hollywood diet. They're pretty similar in they way they work, you drink a magical elixer for a couple of days or for a week and your guaranteed weight loss. Well there's nothing really magical about that elixer. It's like one big bowl of laxatives turned into juice. I like to call this one the "Diarrhea Pringle Diet" because once you start the fun definitely does not stop. That's how you lose the weight, you spend all your time on the toilet! What's worst is that you can't eat at all, I became so tired of fluids after that diet! I hate to admit it I did lose roughly a little over 6 pounds that week, but I gained back 9 the next week which proved it was mostly water weight!!


Next is the good ol' Atkins Diet, which must be the hardest diet in the world. NO CARBS!! Are you kidding me? I couldn't believe it, I was so hungry all the time! I always had a sweet tooth and I just wanted bread in my life. One thing I can admit about the Atkins diet is that it does work, however, it's only good for a short term diet. I recommend this diet to body builders or weight lifters who want to lean up before an event or a vacation. The way atkins works is it keeps you from eating carbs and only allows you to eat protein. Which makes sense because your body has to work harder, thus a faster metabolism, just to burn the protein. However, Carbohydrate are essential Macronutrients of the body and we need them for proper functioning! Carbs are broken down in the body and stored as glycogen! Glycogen is the storage form of energy in animals and we need our energy. So, without this glycogen storage our body goes into ketosis which helps us burn primarily fat rathar than glycogen, but try functioning without glycogen and you'll so how far you can truly go.




Now we see why we can't blame ourselves for not sharing. It's because we have failed many times and we don't want anyone else to get it right on their first try! It's human nature and us as humans we are sometimes selfish. How many times have you heard this conversation. Person 1 says "Hey those are some nice shoes! How much did you pay and where did you get them from?" Person 2 then replies by saying "Oh, uuhhh i paid like 30 bucks but I dont remember where I got them from." Now, how do you not remember where you made the purchase? Well the fact of the matter is they do remember and they didn't tell you because that's their spot with the best deals on shoes and they don't want to share with you!


Now back to dieting, we have come to learn that there are many products and programs that do work when it comes to wanting to lose weight? Many products are crap, however, if you look around you will find some amazing programs that really do cause great results.
